Homey sending commands to Samsung TV (without infrared)

I want to send commands from homey to my samsung tv, but theres only 1 samsung app with the commands card which uses infrared. Anyone know how i could send commands to it without using infrared?

There is another Samsung tv app but it is not for a Homey Bridge.
Do you have a Bridge?
