I been using first the 2019 pro then the 2023 pro but decided go HAOS.
Both in 2023 pro, Aqara M3 hub and HAOS i had no issues adding my Aqara light.
It shows the guide, starts adding, then shorty after it comes up "(translating from norwegian) cant connect to. Something went wrong when the device was to be added, try again. If battery powered, try pushing the connection button to keep active.
Everything else zigbee seems to working, termostats etc adds fine, also Aqara lightstrip.
If i try adding them back to homeassistant or Aqara hub they get added.
Anyone got any idea whats wrong?. When adding to Aqara hub i try look for new firmwareupdates, but they are updated.
How many routers (mains powered Zigbee devices) and end devices do you have? Homey only supports up to 15 directly connected devices, the other devices need to be connected through a router.
Also, did you follow the Zigbee best practices guide? In short: connect your routers first during setup, and then connect end devices afterwards.
“HAOS”? Is that another Zigbee gateway? Note that you can only connect the device to 1 Zigbee network at a time
Existing Aqara T1M paired earlier still works on Homey Pro 2023.
Same model T1M, reset and updated via Aqara M3, can be added to Aqara M3, but cannot be added directly to Homey Pro 2023 or Homey Pro 2026.
Homey finds the device, but fails at final inclusion with “Something went wrong”.
This suggests a regression in T1M pairing support.
