Not sure if it is, mine was doing it straight from the box. You could look into interference, something thats could be blocking or reacting on the signals.(checked the power supply? Searched for RAM or CPU peaks? Have you start using new apps, devices or flows from that point?)

I moved mine to another room yesterday. Now it hasn’t lost contact in a day. I hope it work now. I think there was something disturbing in the other room, TV, computer or phone charger???

Who’s to say. I hope it works. However, it’s troubling if the Homey is THIS sensitive to interference, whether its objects or electrical devices in the nearby surroundings. That signals would be disturbed sounds like a fair possibility, but a device crash feels odd.

I have a pfSense+ firewall and for me the Homey still works fine (including Insights). To check for any issues with the network requests, you can use the DevTools in your browser. Do you see any failed requests there in the “Network“ tab?
