If you have the similar observation, I believe it’s SW based , in my case :

  • attempted restore to HP2026, random reboot occurred within 12 hours
  • attempted to move from CM4 with 4GB RAM to CM4 with 8GB RAM - random reboots still there
  • no undervoltage
  • no insufficient RAM issues
  • replaced even the Ethernet adapter - no effect
  • actively cooled - so it’s not temperature issue
