Homey Pro Zigbee Devices left the network

Hello,
Just a minute after the update to 12.0.2, all of my Zigbee devices have left the network.
It turned all of the lights on, and are not controllable.
Is there something wrong with the Zigbee chip?

I have a Homey Pro (2023)

Hello strn88,
The 2016-2019 (white ball) or 2023 model (black puck)?

First thing to do after an update, and Homey fully up and running again:
Cut the power for 10 mins

The 2023 one

You’re not the first with zigbee issues, but I did not read about all devices leaving the network.

Only when you’ve created USB offline backups, you can revert to a previous firmware.

Maybe the firmware got damaged during the update process;
What you also can try:
Install a the “Software update”. It installs the firmware from scratch, without altering all your stuff:

I’ll try that, hopefully that helps.

Yea, strange thing is that my sensors using Zigbee are still connected. It’s the lights that are all removed from the network

Just to be sure: Did it really say in the timeline messages: “device has left the network”?
I added some info to my previous post as well, pls note

Yes, here’s a screenshot

Oh my. That’s spooky. Send your findings to homey.app/support asap I’d suggest.

Any idea how long this step takes?

I had to re link all lights. With a hue remote you can reset Zigbee devices. Hope that this doesn’t happen very often.
