Homey PRO purchase inquire

I apologize in advance if this is not the right place to post but I have bought a homey pro since december 26th from the official US webpage and tried to send an email to info@homey.app for updates without any response, I don’t even see the order in my account… I did receive an email with and order number but no update.

What is the proper way to open a ticket directly to homey??

Isn’t it mentioned in the documents?

I’m not sure if they reply to direct email messages.
