Homey Pro ordering

I am trying to pre-order the Homey Pro.
I’ve already created an account.
Put Homey Pro and Ethernet adapter in cart.
Get to the end of the checkout process, enter credit card info, click “Pay” and…
I get “Payment unsuccessful. Try again.”
I’ve tried multiple times with different credit cards on different days and NOTHING!
And now I show all those orders in my account that are waiting to be paid for.
Uhhhh! Someone please help.

Not sure what you are expecting from this community, you definitely will have to contact Athom directly on their support channel.
