I just tested this flow, by manually shutting off my grid power, and it is not working. I got the notification of grid power loss from my Franklin app, but the flows didn’t trigger. I can’t really get more straightforward than this.
Does anyone else utilize this community app and have encountered any issues?

You’d connect the notification cards to the triggers, or add a notification card to the error outputs of the cards in the middle.
Why? In the current flow, when the cards in the middle error, the notification will not be sent.
So you can’t be sure if the trigger cards are the problem.
I have other flows utilizing the same ‘set cooling setpoint’ and ‘resume schedule’ cards without issue. I’ll try that, but my assumption is that the WHEN just never gets triggered.
I see. I just wanted to show it wasn’t a “fool proof” way to check on triggers, and it eliminates assumptions
