maybe you should send this as feedback to athom - I heard that the dark mode is in development ![]()
Same. Way too slow and stuttering all the time (newest iPhone). Not an improvement yet.
works very well on iphone, but it crashes when you use flows with âyes/noâ input notification
Itâs on the ToDo list, not in development.
Any way one can use both apps side-by-side? One for my good olâ Homey Pro and the other for itâs sibling?
Running an iPhone 12 with iOS 16
ah ok @RonnyW - thx for clarifying
I have abandoned my HP23 before receicing it, because of the app, and gone back to the old app. I will wait untill at least the app works without crashing or freezing because this makes my HP19 unusable as well.
That was an unpleasant surprise I wasnât expecting.
Also donât like the fact they are not shipping in order of pre-ordering, my 479xx order hasnât shipped at least. Beats the point of trying to be the first ones to order.
Learned a lesson for next time, just wait longer and get it earlier.
and it was also something you âsigned upâ for when ordering the homey pro 23 ![]()
I signed up for a device that was in Beta, not an alpha mobile app, that is not released separately, and thus impacts your ability to use your other, working HP19.
Ah well, I fell for the marketing BS. Itâs on me, I admit.
You tried the app before you received the HP2023. Maybe you should just try again once you actually received the HP2023, to see if it is more âbetaâ then. On iPhone it seems to work flawless so far, canât imagine that they wonât be able to fix the Android app quickly.
I will still need to use the app with the HP19, since the HP23 wonât be reliable according to several posts Iâve seen from users who have received it.
Canât really see how other hardware linked to the app might make it faster.
The other hardware wonât make it faster, but by the time you receive the new hardware the app will have gotten several additional updates which will maybe/hopefully solve the issue on Android phones.
Plus, the other hardware also has other software.
But this doesnât affect the mobile app, that is just lagging while scrolling. CPU use is through the roof.
Well I should get it tomorrow or Monday if they keep their promise this timeâŚ
Get what? They promised to send it today. It will not arrive in a while. I live in Norway. It will probably take about a week, and then another week or two in customsâŚ
They are being sent from the Netherlands and I live there as well.
I can affirm the new beta app works fine on iPhone. Responsive and I see several new useful functions. (I donât like the color but that is personal, I really liked the blue background but perhaps there will be a possibility to choose one in the future. And how many times you open the app anyway? 99% is automated and voor the rest I use the widgets for three favorite flows that are started manually)
I think this also depends on how many devices / tiles you have. Iâm on the newest iPhone and the app stutters all the time. Impossible to smoothly navigate.
I just counted them, I have 65 tiles.
