Really annoying that orders 69xxx got shipping mails yesterday and today while I’m still waiting for a shipping mail for order 641xx.

The only action we can take is to create a support request (Expected response time ~ 48 hours). Again the warehouse partner is not shipping the orders sequentially on the order number. Waiting for 6 months now.

I fully understand your disappointment @HansK, but have you contacted Athom about it?

Only they can help you out; replying to every user here that did get a shipping notification won’t help unfortunately…

@Henk_Renting. I submitted a support request yesterday, but apparently it can take up to 48 hours before getting a response.

Athom has written that they try to carry out the order of dispatch according to the order number.
However, they have also written that this will not always be possible.
Asking Athom where your order is is the right way to go.
