Will the definitions on the cloud be copied to the Pro as it takes over as the master?

No,

Starting with the Homey bridge and the free usage and then adding the setup to the new Homey Pro 2023

Start over and Pair them again and build al your Flows over again on the New Homey Pro.

Disconnect the Bridge from The Homey (cloud) leaving all Flows and Device Config in the cloud Homey.

Connect the Bridge as satellite to your Homey Pro (Early 2023)
Pair all devices again and Build your Flows Again.

BTW: It is still something they didn’t finish, maybe even not started yet. A Promise may not always resolve as expected { Promise.all () }
