Homey pro and Inovelli light and fan switch

I’m transitioning from Hubitat to Homey Pro, but I’m having trouble getting several of my Z‑Wave devices to install correctly. My iBlinds and all my Leviton switches are being detected as Unknown Z‑Wave devices, even though they worked previously on Hubitat.

I also tried pairing my Inovelli Z‑Wave Fan & Light Switch – Red Series, and Homey Pro asked for the PIN. After entering the correct PIN, the device was added, but it still showed up as an Unknown device. Homey only detected the top button for the light, and I wasn’t able to control the second button for the fan.

Do you have any advice on how I can properly include this switch so that Homey Pro recognizes both the light and the fan controls? And are the are the other red and blue series working with homey pro?

“Unknown” is a pretty odd description. What it means is, Homey didn’t find any available app available, which supports all or all non-suppported standard functions.

The generic z-wave driver, used for “unknown” devices, provides for support for simple functions of f.e. single switches (on/off devices like smart plugs, relais), lamps.
That’s why dual, or multi, switches only have one controlled switch.

You’d contact the app developer for missing functionality, and for unsupported devices; details can be found on the app page at the homey.app store.

No guarantees here: it can get ignored, or end up on the “low priority pile in the bottom drawer”, or it can take a year (or longer) to get published.
It also can be published in a few days.
This totally depends.
