How can I migrate the homey pro 2016 to the homey pro 2026? I have made a backup from the 2016 version (in the cloud) but this backup I can’t see in the 2026 homey? does anybody knows how to do this?

To be sure: after HP23 backup restore on my HP26 all Zigbee devices work for me as expected. Only adding a new Zigbee device is not possible at the moment.

Check is Zwave devices are throwing an error like “id not found” or if Zwave device list is empty in developer view. In this case, reset the HP26 again and restore the Backup a 2nd time. It’s a know issue that Zwave devices are not restored if the HP26 is installing new firmware during restore.
