Homey Pro 2023 stuck at downloading backup

Finally installing my HP23 after it has been lying here for a few weeks… unfortunately mine is stuck at downloading backup at 0% when restoring from a previous Homey Pro…

I am scared to turn it off or anything.

When I cancel his in the app, the restore option is gone and I have to do a factory reset.

Do you run the latest version?
Also even when you interrupt it, it shall be fine and still egm factory reset will be working

Yes latest version. After three factory resets it worked… bodes well.
