Can someone please explain to me which backup variant that backup most data, flows, apps, settings between local backup and cloud backup?
Cloud backups don’t back up apps (only which apps were installed when making the backup; when restoring, the latest version of the app will get installed, not the version at the time the backup was made) and system (so you can’t revert to a previous version of Homey’s firmware).
Local backups make a system image, which includes everything.

Ok. So cloud backups include flows,settings,everything but the apps?
Everything but the apps (but it does contain app settings/config/devices/etc) and the system files (which are part of the firmware).
N.B. apps installed from any other source but the app store aren’t backupped / restored. Their settings + devices are, so when re-installing such an app yourself, after a restore action, everything’s back.
