Homey Pro 2016, not responsive

Is there any way to reset the homey without loosing all the units and flows?

Suddenly my Homey Pro 2016 is not working anymore, and I have Ikea, Fibaro, Verisure +++ on it with the flows that follows the units.

Yes I have the new Homey Pro 2023 also, but they are in 2 different houses.

Would be great if someone can help me on how to reset without deleting the memory.

If you only want to reset Homey, turn of the power and turn it on again.
Or A PTP, turn the power of for 12 minutes, turn the power on.
If Homey is doing nothing try another powerplug wit at least 2A and another cable.
