Homey Pro 2016-2019 unresponsive

Hi, for some reason, just overnight, my Homey can’t be connected to anymore.
When I put it in recovery mode and connect to the Homey setup-wifi and try to add new Homey in my app in an attempt to fix it, it fails to add the Homey, see screenshot.

I have tried a new power adapter to no avail. What are my options to get up and running again?

Yesterday a new firmware v12.1.2 (see changelog) was released.
Is “Automatic updates” activated? If so, then the problem may have something to do with the update.
My suggestion: Contact Athom Support.

Automatic updates haven’t been turned on. Haven’t applied it manually yet either.

You can also try a new power supply with at least 2.1 A.

Problem resolved itself after some time. Device graphs show Homey must have been offline or unresponsive since about 20.00 yesterday until about 11.30 today.
For now I’ll write this up as a resolved incident. Hope it won’t occur again.
