Homey Not Found - Error

I did buy a Homey Bridge yesterday, did download the mobile app and following the registration. When it want me to add the Homey Bridge (I think), I got an error msg saying I did already have a Homey. (I do not this is my first)

Now when I open the app I get the error msg saying “Homey Not Found: ”

When I go into Manage Homey I see Homey ID. I choose “Delete Homey” get up a screen where I need to confirm removal, but the ID is not deleted.

This ID is not the one I see on my Homey Bridge.

When I login to My Account on my PC I don’t see any Devices.

Have tried to google / AI, but all tips about reset and delete don’t help. So anyone in here got a tips on what I can do ?

This error is related to your Homey Cloud instance, not the Bridge.

Or, if you have no devices in your Homey Cloud, you can also try to create a new Homey account with another email address.

A bridge can be resetted by temporary turn the wifi system(s) off, next, power up the bridge; after a while it quits trying to connect with known wifi SSID’s, and this resets it to default settings.

Like Sven alr said, the bridge us not the same as a Homey Cloud instance.
It’s just a hardware extension box.
