Homey flow for Doorbird Doorbell when entering house not working

Hi All,

Seems that Doorbird has changed their app and configuration.

When my family would enter the key code on doorbird doorbell, the front door relay would trigger allowing the door to be pushed opened but also the http call would activate one of my flows (i think) to turn on the hallway lights when we entered between sertain times. This is now not working anymore - as in the lights do not turn on.

Here is a replacement flow that i created but i need some help with the doorbird config which i’m sure is a basic question but i cant seem to get it to work.

Here is the simple flow in Homey and if i test the flow the hallway lights do turn on. So my issue is triggering the flow with the http call.

If i click on the
image

It shows this (take note of the relay)

Now here is the screen shots from Doorbird application which is where i think im getting it wrong and may need some help

I’ve redacted the key code to enter my house (for obvious reasons)

If i choose Trigger relay

Its enabled for all times (take note of the “Enter the house” label which will come later)

Now if i choose the HTTP(S) calls on the menu it now shows multiple options like Homey Doorbell\Motion and Relay 1 trigger.

Am i correct to say that all i need to configure is the schedule for Homey Relay 1 trigger (as you can see its configured for all times) - assuming i dont need to configure the schedule for the Homey Doorbell trigger or the motion trigger as this is for my family entering the house with the keycode (but tell me otherwise if it is required to be configured)

Now this is the new configuration component i dont recall seeing in Doorbell admin console previously under Expert settings, (Relays & Inputs) - should i have updated this at all? (or left as default?)

Take note i named input 1 as “Relay trigger schedule”

and Relay 1 “Enter the House” remember this is now being reflected in the Trigger relay for the keycode)

Now if i click on Schedule for input as highlighted above its enabled for both Trigger relay and HTTP(S) calls

As you can see trigger relay is enabled for all times

and the HTTP(S) calls for Homey Relay 1 Trigger is enabled for all times

Again assuming i dont need to configure the schedule for the Homey Doorbell trigger or the motion trigger as this is for my family entering the house with the keycode (but tell me otherwise if the schedule is required to be configured)

Or should i be configuring a follwup action

If i click on that option it shows this

And then i have the option to setup the schedule for for HTTP(s) calls

And i have enabled the Homey Relay 1 Trigger for all times.

There seem to be so many places to configure the HTTP(S) calls schedule and i’ll openly admit i dont understand what the difference is between the HTTP(S) schedule for the

  • keypad option (images where i have redacted the keypad code)
  • then under Expert Settings under ‘relays and inputs’ option on the left menu
    • ‘Schedule for input’
    • ‘Schedule for followup actions’

Should the HTTP(s) call be made for input or followup or maybe in the keypad options?

Sorry for all the screen shots but I thought it would be helpful in reflecting how i have configured it and to hopefully provide more detail as to what I am doing wrong - as the HTTP(s) call is not being triggered when the code is entered and the relay is triggered.

Any configuration change recommendations would be appreciated.
