Are you useing the Homey Bridge with Homey (Service) alone or trying to use it as a Satelite for your Homey Pro (Early 2023)

Yes I want to use it for swichting my airco on and off in combination with Homey Pro early 2023. But with the problems I face I‘m thinking to return my Homey Bridge. I expected plug and play. After Friday I haven’t heard anymore from Homey support.

It’s for now just a way to eliminate known issues, to be able to determine if the bridges’ wifi is broken or not. Troubleshooting has nothing to do with user friendlyness stuff. DOA (if it’s broken that is) just happens sometimes.

Does your Homey Mobile app find the bridge then you try to add it?

It looks like the Bridge is not functioning as it should, Athom is sending a new one. Good service!

Well interesting, the new one received, same error during installation. Then I thought I had to find the MAC adres to give it a fixed IP address (maybe it was conflicting with another device). So I connected the Bridge to my laptop with a cable. Then I tried to install it for the last time…and now …
