Homey Pro 2023 was acting up. When I reset the device, I was given the choice to reset or set to the existing account. I foolishly set up to the existing account and lost all my backups. I am now trying to rediscover all my devices. When I try to install Homey apps it does not recognize the reset device. Supper Bummed.
You probably have two accounts both woth one Homey Pro.
Reset again and choose the correct Account to connect it this time so both are connected to the same owner…
Or invite both accounts to the other Homey as Manager …
Or invite the other and transfer the owership to the other invited account.
