Hello I have get a new 2026 .Icant get my old Z wave things after i get my backup from a early 2016
I have turn off my old Homey .
For how long did you wait?
The z-wave mesh needs time to re-build, up to several hours.
If this didn’t make a difference:
Factory reset Homey Pro 2026, then start it, and let it run for a while (15 minutes or so).
Now re-start it, and in Homey app, select “Add new Homey”
You’ll find Homey 2026 in setup mode again, and you should restore the cloud backup again.
