"HELP" I'm desperate because homey pro doesn't work properly

Homey pro works very badly from the computer.
1st it doesn’t let me make flows with the “LOGICA” card, it crashes.
2nd on the devices if I turn any device on or off, homey crashes.
3rd every two or three days homey pro crashes and I have to disconnect it from the power grid to recover it.

Sounds like your Homey has hardware issues. You should contact the seller.

I have already found the problem with the first two problems I had, it was the Microsoft “EDGE” browser, there must be something in the configuration that blocks the Homey website. I have tried with Google Chrome and it works without problems.
And the third problem was that Homey was blocked and I had to turn it off and on, I saw in the timeline that it crashes when Homey Pro tries to make a backup. I have to confirm this last one.

Do any of you know if you can configure Homey so that it does not try to make backups?

If you purchased the backups, it will perform the backup. There is no option NOT to perform backup since/if you purchased it.

And why does this appear if I don’t have the backup subscription?

Have you checked what the notifications says ? What does the Backup details says ? Maybe there will be information, that you don’t have valid backup purchase, don’t know.

@Maximino_Cantero_Mar

It must be an extension such as ad-blocker or other third-party extension that blocks execution of code/scripts as I’m using Edge on various PCs and Mobile phone without problem with Homey. I would check the extensions you have installed.

Regarding backups: Do you see backups or backup subscription on that page: My backups | Homey

The problem I had with “Microsoft EDGE” is that I have automatic translation enabled. I have disabled it and everything works again.
Thanks for your help.

Thanks for sharing, I would have never expected translation to crash Homey Web App

But there is

I’m curious what the status is, according to Homey. Go to
...More > Backups

When you don’t have a supscription, Homey should not report any backup issues

Ou, yes, you are right :+1:
