When I manage to solve a problem I report it to the forum, like the Microsoft browser issue, in a post a little further up.
Regarding the message that Homey gives me about the backup, I have posted a photo a little further up.
And in the App on my mobile when I click on backup I don’t get what Peter_Kawa posted. This appears.
And I’m sorry if I haven’t followed the rules.

It’s all good maybe you just missed Peter’s message. It can happen.
If I understand correctly the only issue you still have is Homey crashing every 2 to 3 days. Probably not related to backup since you reported your backup happens every 2 weeks.
Stability / Homey crash:
- Did you try the PTP method? Unplug Homey from power for 15 minutes. And then reconnect the power. 15 minutes to make sure all electrical components reset and are not powered by energy remaining in capacitors for ex.
- What is the power in Watt you see on the power adapter you use for your Homey?
- What makes you think it’s a crash and not only Homey being offline?
Backup:
- If you had a valid subscription for backup, you will not see the screen you shared with us and you would rather see a list of cloud backup.
- If you had a subscription and automatic backup enabled, the ba kup would happen every single day. Not every 2 weeks.
- Did you ever connected your Homey to a PC to perform a manual backup?
Looking back at the whole thread I think one item can be checked off
:
It does not make sense to receive timeline notifications on online back-ups if he did not subscribe to that service.
The only thing I can think of regarding online back-ups that might be related. is that he used to have a subscription at some point, which is no longer active or has not been reactivated after e.g. after a change of phones. But those are all assumptions of course.

I have had the Homey Pro for 3 months.
1st, I have unplugged it for more than 15 minutes twice.
2nd, I have the original power supply.
3rd, I check it and everything is connected when it crashes. I unplug it, plug it back in and it works again. Then I check the timeline and the last thing it has is around 2 AM that it tried to make a backup.
I have not subscribed to the backup in these 3 months.
and this usually happens to me every 15 days.
I have not yet tried to make a local backup.
I have to do it for security.
If you don’t subscribe to the backups and your Homey is trying to make a backup anyway, you need to contact Athom. This is a community forum where nobody can fix this problem for you.
In 3 days it will be 15 days since the last crash, I will wait to see what happens.
thanks
