Help adding user to my home

I have homey running (SHS) and have to add my wife so she can use the app to. When I was using homey pro this already worked but for some reason I cannot seem to be able to invite her to the new server… That is to say, I can send out the invite, but that gives her link that lets her download the app (she already has it on her phone), and after the it just opens the app and gives her the option between all the different homeys, but the option SHS is treated as if she wants to create a new one… She now has two non existing SHS servers in her account..

I must be doing something wrong but cannot figure it out..

I got the same, I don;t know to solve this.

I have login to my.homey.app with the credentials off famely member and remove all ready the SHS she zelf made.

Just this before going live with every thing :frowning:

It most probably means that we are both not doing anything wrong but it’s a software issue.

When adding “a” SHS the app expects the server to be in initial install mode so it can be linked to the user.

App needs a change and all will be fine…

I just logged my wife’s app on using my account in the meantime.

I jut done that here to.

But then you don’t see who is at home ect ect

I will (de)install the app tommorow and start again at here phone.

But it is strange that it not works,with a new user it works (on my work mobile)

If I now login into the account (https://my.homey.app) off my fam. member I see a empty place (no homeys), but all so no add button.

But

I found a next way to correct this:

Take your fam members phone, log out and login to her account

then create on your own account (web) a new share member (familie)

Send the link to your fam. member, and send the link true WhatsApp to her.

Op WhatsApp on her phone, open link and voila it works now (at my side)

Strange but true, make some finalize setting like auto home ect and she is in.
