Can you please post a comprehensible post as I have no idea what you’re saying.
Also, sending an unsolicited Diagnostics Report is of no use.
Sorry for that. My heimdall app has started to constanly change it´s state to armed. i have not done any changes. tried restart it several times.
I agree, however Aqara probably not. I quess the idea behind this behaviour is that it is the best way to tell users: hey your battery must be replaced. I come from Xiaomi mi, there is no such thing as battery alarm in there. Unfortunatly there are more companies who have sensors with the same behaviour. (no experiance of my self, just what i read).
Again: not for you to solve.
Could you please disable -all- flows that have anything to do with Heimdall?
Next enable your flows one-by-one and see what happens inbetween. Heimdall in itself has no function or ability to change the Surveillance Mode by itself, so this has to be something external such as a flow.
tried to disable them but no luck. uninstalled heimdall and reinstalled it. now it works again. Thanks for your answer,
Yes, I received update 12.2 last night.
It’s exactly what your explained.
I just add an And condition and it’s works like I want.
Thanks for your reply.
Started setting up Heimdall for the first time. Seems very good, but I do have a problem with the
“Sensor active at status check” reporting status for all devices, regardless of configuration.
I have a window which is always open at night, so I have not enabled any features in Heimdall for this device, not Logg, Full, Partial or Delayed. When activating Heimdall in either Full or Partial it will report this device as activated.
I have even disabled the Statuschecks in the configuration, but it is still reporting every time the alarm is armed.
I’ve restartet both the app and my Homey. Any tips on what I might have gotten wrong?

There are 2 cards to check the sensors states, each with their own use case.:
For your use case, Sensor active at arming is the one you want because that one takes the sensors into account that are part of the Surveillance Mode you’re switching to.
The other card will be triggered on all sensors that are not ‘at rest’ regardless if they’re in use by Heimdall.
Please do check the first post of this topic, the FAQ and Release notes, you’ll find useful information there.
Thank you. I have read the instructions, but I guess i did not understand that difference. I thought it was the same but at different times. Thanks again.
Hi, do you have info on when the update with the new cards to deactivate the alarm will be available?
BRG
Hi Mats,
Welcome here. I have no new update planned, and also not a need for your particular question, a card to deactivate the alarm has been available since day one.
It’s in the opening post of this topic: Heimdall - Let Homey watch over your home
Thanks for a quick reply. I was probably a bit unclear, what I was referring to was your post from the beginning of October, regarding Homeys update that was expected, to replace the behaviour and some cards. I still have the “press the button” card.
Do you know if the update is available, or is it perhaps just something with my installation?
Thanks again
The update you’re referring to is a Homey firmware update and is already available, so if you’re still seeing the “press the button” card you’d have to check why your Homey hasn’t updated it’s firmware yet.
Strange, my firmware should be the latest, 12.2.1 on a HP23. I have tried deleting Heimdall, and all the flows connected to it, plus restarting Homey. When I try to reinstall it, I still get the same cards…
Well maybe Athom did change something, I don’t know.
But what exactly is the problem? Because the Deactivate Alarm card is available in the app, regardless of any update.
I had problems deactivating a tripped alarm. I thought that using the device “alarm” could trigger a flow to stop the alarm. Guess it’s not the correct way, and that I should use a flow to deactivate it by disarming it instead. Thanks for your patience.
The Alarm Device is optional, so the Deactivate Alarm flowcard isn’t tied to it but available on the app level
Oh, and yes, deactivating the Alarm State by disarming is also a viable method.
I recently purchased a Homey 2023 and am trying to create an alarm with Heimdall and contact sensors.
Now my question is whether the switch-on delay and alarm delay in the Heimdall settings can be changed with cards in a flow?
I don’t see an actioncard for this. Maybe you can explain the use-case for it. Notice that there is a adding/removing a device to delay card.
I use 2 ways to activate the alarm:
- When I use the Ring keypad to arm the alarm, the delay time in Heimdall is set to a few minutes to give me time to leave the house.
- On the other hand, I also use location to automatically arm the alarm as soon as no one is home. In this case, the delay time may be much shorter.
Hence my question.
