I am new to homey, coming from futurehome. When I try to set up my heatit z-trm3 thermostats, I struggle with two of them. I have seven, and the other five are working fine.
After inclusion I can see the icon for the faulty thermostats, but with a red warning sign on them. There’s a message that the unit is not available, and “zwavesendcommandtimeout after 30000ms”. I can still change settings on the thermostat from the homey app, for example change display lighting. But I can not change temperature or turn it on or off.
I have tried exluding and including several times. I also tried factory reset on one of them, and I tried to move the homey bridge closer when including. Nothing seems to help.
