I bought a Homey Bridge and set it up but never used it. I have no idea how to logon to device to reset as I have no account or details of old account anymore. SO how do i reset without an app or account. it does connect to my wifi still.

I think you’d just add a new Homey Cloud instance to the Homey app, then try to add the bridge.
Maybe a temporary wifi password change makes the bridge show up as ‘new’ device. AFAIK it uses Bluetooth for discovery.
