Has homey considered offering a fee based direct support

I have been using home automation for at least a decade. I am in some ways now dependent on it. While community support is great (and the price is right) sometimes I need real support. I am will to pay a modest subscription fee for it. The platform looks fantastic but no support means it is a no go. I mean Samsung which is clearly deprecating their platform still has chat support. Think about literally every other device in my home from TV’s to smoke detectors to PC’s and Mac’s all have some sort of direct support. Email is just not enough

In general Athom is spoiled with a very active forum, with many solved issues; unsure what you miss here.

When you’re into chat only, try the Homey bot, it’s not bad at all ( and I even don’t like bots )
