I have a doorbell I’d like to add as a device so I can have notification flows etc to my Homey Pro Late 2023.
The doorbell is the following Trådlös dörrklocka | Upp till 100 meter räckvidd | Hard Head | Jula which I haven’t found a dedicated app for. I have tried the dev tools to capture the 433Mhz signal but surprisingly this doesn’t seem to work. I capture “something” but it isn’t the same each time and replaying it does not get the chime to work. I have tried adding it as remote to Brel app without any luck as well.
Anyone have solved this or have any ideas? The Homey is rather close to the chime and perhaps 7-8m through a floor so the doorbell so range doesn’t seem like an issue.
Ah, I had assumed that the replay-issue in the dev tools would actually work without properly decoding the signal. I am not above building an app as a project but wanted some way to verify I have the correct signal before spending time building something that doesn’t work anyway
Could give vibration sensor a try, but one of the use-cases is that the toddler enjoys removing the chime from the power outlet and I’d like to identify when someone pushes the door-bell and there is no chime sound
