[Guide] Include ROBBShop Motion sensor

Not that many motion sensors support being built in. The ROBBShop motion sensor supports System 55 and is available in both Zigbee and Z-Wave, hence should be considered to be included in the best buy guide: https://www.robbshop.nl/zigbee-bewegingsmelder-met-temperatuursensor-voor-inbouw

In addition: one of the additional “future considerations” that could be covered in the guide is relais capabilities. In other words, do the sensors support switching an input/output (e.g. light bulb) when a programmed condition (e.g. motion) is triggered? For my setup I needed to include a Shelly Wave 1 in the wallbox behind the motion sensor.

Afaik no, or just very few, sensors have physical switching contacts outputs.

How it works in general:
Sensors send an event to Homey.
Based on that, you can build a flow which turns on a light, or a Shelly wave 1 f.i.
You can mix protocols this way: the zigbee sensor can command a zwave light or switch (or whatever zwave device)
