That means the device is not yet supported (probably paired as basic Zigbee device?), you should contact the Gledopto app developer

HI, same as above , on the manufacturer site is said is compatible with Homey, and for when i power up my all smarthings hub v2 , works like a charm, to connect it , to operate it, new to homey but Zigbee devices that seem to be rock solid in Smartthings seems to lose connectivity on Homey, any guidance? So trying to find the right device that works with homey properly

If you only use On/Off, you can connect them to Google Home via SmartThings, and then use Google Home automations to sync them with virtual devices in Homey.

First, connect both Homey and SmartThings to Google Home via the linked services. You don’t need a Google Home speaker to do this, only the free mobile app. Then, install the Virtual Devices app on Homey and create a virtual device. Make sure to pick the device type “Kettle”, since that’s the only virtual device that’s supported by Google currently. Then, in Google Home, create 4 automations:

Automation 1: VD->Gledopto ON

When: Virtual device turned on
Then: Turn on Gledopto (Smartthings)

Automation 2: VD->Gledopto OFF

When: Virtual device turned off
Then: Turn off Gledopto (Smartthings)

Automation 3: Gledopto->VD ON

When: Gledopto (Smartthings) turned on
Then: Turn on virtual device

Automation 4: Gledopto->VD OFF

When: Gledopto (Smartthings) turned off
Then: Turn off virtual device

This way, you can keep the device in SmartThings and still control it in Homey. There might be a little more latency though, since it runs via multiple systems. You can also do this for dim levels if you only use the same dim levels.

Are you connected directly as a zigbee device, or are you using the app for the device?

i have tried both, using the app or direct same result, i would really want to know which controller would integrate directly with homey with no issues, but the strange thing is that its listed in the app , and listed on the Manufacturer site as compatible , and on amazon, the goal is to remove smartthings completely and replace what does not work.. with something that is suppose to work… so any advice would be appreciated..

but right now that new controller and the old ones seems to be way more stable on Smartthings then Homey…

Hi, I have purchased a Gledopto GL-C-202P to control an RGBCCT LED strip. I was able to add the controller to Homey, and all the functions appear correctly in the Homey app, but nothing happens with the lights. I can’t turn them on or off, change the color, or adjust the brightness. Has anyone found a solution to this?
