I have a GLEDOPTO GL-C-301P i installed it in homey pro under zigbee because it is not in the GLEDOPTO apps
Is there anyone with succes there got it to work.

but when I press on the icon it say some thine went wrong under controlling it.

In this case the generic zigbee driver does not support it (yet).
Unfortunately the generic zigbee driver adds any zigbee device to Homey, supported or not.
You’d best request for support with the Gledopto app developer, contact info can be found on the app page at the homey.app store.
As there’s 2 Gledopto apps @ app store, I guessume your best shot is with the community app by Marco Ruiter. The app’s last update is way more recent.
(The ‘Official’ app tag is usually not meaning ‘better’)
Hi I have tried both apps and it is a no go.
I think it’s worth trying it through a Hue Bridge
I have a similar one by BTF Lighting for strip lights and it works seamlessly with Hue into Homey.

Not sure who you replied to, you already stated in your start post it didn’t get recognised by both apps.
Hence I suggested to contact the developer of the community app, and request support for this particular device.
Maybe he is willing to spend some of his spare time, in order to add the device to the app code.
