Get a notification on your phone on battery level change

I was able to set this up as shown above, but I’d like to get it up as an advanced flow so I can notify multiple users, but seems I’m missing something for the “and” card.

From here, I only see a “number” and not “value” as shown here:

Always connect the cards first
Then the local tag (or flow tag), provided by the trigger card, becomes available for selecting.
