General question Z wave with Homey

My Z wave equipment with Homey works badly. Have already tried many settings, but without result. Sometimes it takes days before I get new values, while I’m sure that values have changed. Is multiple manufactures!

Do people recognize this problem and if so do you have a solution?

My advise: start with a good description of one problem, what device, branche, type, your Homey Software version, App version and what exactly does and what does not work well.
