FutureHome Charger - Homey-Bridge

I’m trying the connect the FutureHome charger to Homey Bridge.

I have deleted the charger (and all other devices) in the FutureHome app. And I have deleted my FutureHome account.

I’m able to connect to the charger with blue tooth, but I get a communication error when I try to set it in paring mode. Did read on the forum that the charger needs to be reset by turning of the power.

My charger is connected in the electricity intake cabinet (inntaksskap). So I’m a bit unsure how to turn of the power. But think I have found the switch, can anyone confirm it is the correct one from the picture (at least most likely that it is that one) ?

(can of cause take all the power to the house, but don’t want to if I can avoid it)

here is a picture of all the switches

This is a 3phase circuit breaker.

So could be the charger (but also ovens and cooking plates can be 3phase).

Is your charger a 20kw or 11kw? That would require a breaker like this.

If your charger is lower power its unlikely this breaker is for you charger.

Call manufacturer / installer, or search for the installation manual?

The utility box usually don’t have a metal plate as cover. I’ve never seen this.

I think TS should call a professional.

What could go wrong if you turn it off? Just turn it off and see what happens. If the charger is still powered then turn it back on again and try another one.

Agreed, this is propbably not a location in the NL.

But it is definitely a circuit braker inthere…

Yes there is !

I have posted this in the Norwegian Forum, but not sure if seen easily outside that forum. Bottom line I have tried multiple times to connect to the FH Charger and it either times out or I get a device error message. Below is my post regarding contact with the Homey FH App develeper.

For those of you having issues with linking the FH Charger to Homey using the Homey “FH App”. I reached ou to the devleopers of the app and have now received a reply. Unfortunatley its not good news. They are aware of some Homey users haveing this connection issue that I and others have run into, but the bad news is, they have no idea what is causing the issue and that there is no fix for the problem and nothing planned to try and find one! So looks like those of us with this problem can currently only resolve using the charger in “Smart” mode by coughing up the yearly subscription fee with FH.
