I plugged by brand new Homey Pro and Homey bridge in. Got them all set up and working and the next morning my power had tripped.
my brand new bridge plug, had almost caught fire - it threw out the usb, burnt the plug socket.
So lucky it didn’t set my desk and house on fire.
I have emailed support and it’s almost a week and no reply.
Brand me device almost caught fire - such a safety risk!
Anyone else had this problem?

Guess you are one of the first, maybe the first reporting here.
What type of adapter did you get and what voltage and frequency is in your country?
That said, good it didn’t get worse. And you need to contact Athom support as the community probably cand do anything for you.

Support for back to me and were very helpful. Replacing the unit for me.
I am in the UAE - 240v
I just wish it didn’t take support 6 days to respond.
