Foscam bewegingsdetectie of personen detectie werkt niet. Ik heb een simpele flow gemaakt dat homey een pushbericht moet sturen als de camera beweging detecteert maar deze functie lijkt niet te werken. Ik heb een Foscam FI9912P.
Klopt. Ik had ooit aan de Foscam community app bewegingsdetectie toegevoegd. Niet makkelijk want daarvoor moet je de camera minimaal 2x per seconde pollen. Maar toen Foscam de app zelf heeft overgenomen hebben ze dat blijkbaar niet overgenomen.
Je moet dus bij Foscam zijn en vragen of ze bewegingsdetectie voor jouw camera willen toevoegen.
Ok, bedankt voor de snelle reactie. Ik zal het bij Foscam proberen. Wel erg misleidend omdat het bij Homey op de internetsite staat. Ik heb eigenlijk de camera gekocht vanwege de compatibiliteit met Homey.

The Foscam support responded quickly to my question regarding the R2.
I pointed out that their App has not been updated in 2 years(!).
They wanted a video-call to see what the issue was and I told them that there is nothing “to see”, the detection is just not working in the Homey App.
It took about 2 weeks for them to get some answers from technicians and this it what it said: “The R2 is 9 years old and thus not suitable to work with their Homey App.”.
Reading all other issues with Foscam I decided to buy a Eufy cam.
Works out of the box, even better then with the Eufy iOS App.
Had a small issue with the Eufy App made by @martijnpoppen but he was quick with replying and helped me solve it.
So, get an Eufy cam!
