Fibaro Smart Implant to power on a computer

Hi there,

I am wondering if anyone has used the Fibaro Smart Implant to power on a computer? I am thinking to add a Fibaro Smart Implant to the power button on a desktop computer, but I am a bit unsure if it is possible at all?

FYI a Shelly Plus Uni is a nice alternative (€9,- black friday). Wifi+Ble

I would rather use the Smart Implant since I would like to control it via Homey. But thanks for your suggeston.

I see. Shelly also can be controlled by Homey, otherwise I wouldn’t have mentioned it (in this case).
It"s also possible to use with local network only (cloud connectivity is fully optional).

Ah great, I did not know.
I found it on sale here in Norway as well and it is much cheaper than the smart implant. How would you proceed to connect this to a power button on a computer?

simply connect the two wires of OUT 1 to the pushbutton contacts of your computer.
Provide power to VCC and GND
