I’m 100% sure you don’t have the same problem, this software issue is already 6 years old (/fixed 6 years ago), yours is probably a range issue, or you connected the temperature sensor wrong or after it was already included.
Or doesn’t support temperature sensors at all (You probably have a newer version then the one mentioned in this topic).
