Thanks, but already tried that. Walli. There are 6 dimmer 2 devices i get the error on.

Then there is nothing else that we can do, so you’ed have to contact Athom so they look into the logs further, don’t forget to explain what you already have tried, or you’ll get all those options first to do.
For the log, make the log (code) just after a failed inclusion so they have the most recent data so they can look into it easier.
