Thanks, but already tried that. Walli. There are 6 dimmer 2 devices i get the error on.

Then there is nothing else that we can do, so youā€™ed have to contact Athom so they look into the logs further, donā€™t forget to explain what you already have tried, or youā€™ll get all those options first to do.
For the log, make the log (code) just after a failed inclusion so they have the most recent data so they can look into it easier.
