Exclude energy meter

Hi,

I’ve a general energy meter for all devices in the garden and I have also 3 separate sockets with an energy meter. I want to exclude these sockets from the general energy meter in the energy dashboard because these 3 are now counting double. Is that configurable somehow?

Thanks but it does not work like that on my homey. Does it work different for 2019 models?

I don’t have it either on my Pro 2019, so it seems that it works differently.

What if you install the virtual device app and create a new virtual device. In a flow you take the sum of the 3 plugs and calculate {{ sum * -1 }} and set the measure_power of this virtual device to this negative value, that should negate the double counting

Yeah it seems related to the energy tab @ Pro 2023 and up. My bad.

Thanks for the tips. That virtual device could indeed work. It looks like the 2019 model has limited functionality. I just ordered a 2025 model.

What do you recommended to use as trigger for the flow?

I’d use the “power changed” for the main plug, that way it captures the changes for all 3
