Ewelink Doesn’t Work

I love my Homey SHS server, worth every penny, but Ewelink isn’t working. I just updated to 12.11.0, so maybe it’s a new bug?

It says “Token Refresh Failed.”

Have you tried rebooting the SHS and the eWeLink app on SHS?

I’m still on 12.10.1 and seeing the same issue. I restarted the eWeLink app, I tried repairing the devices without success ({"success":false,"message":"Invalid Token: undefined"}), I doubt rebooting my Homey Pro will help much.

Note that this is a recent issue, they were working fine up till at least the 21st and according to the timeline my Homey Pro hasn’t seen an update for anything in over a week.

Sounds like a cloud “problem”.
You’d best contact Drenso, the dev of the Ewelink app. They like to be contacted by email

Oddly, today that actually did fix it.

Two days ago I got the “token refresh failed”, restarted the ewelink app on my Pro and still got “token refresh failed”. Today I checked again, still got “token refresh failed”, but because of your comment I tried restarting the app – again – and this time it worked. :person_shrugging:
