Hello,
I have recently added a car charger and home battery to my existing solar setup. (The Setup: everything is SolarEdge, and the P1 meter is HomeWizard.) Obviously I was interested in the Energy overview, but I found that the battery just doesn’t work. Here’s an example pic from 2 days ago (but it’s the live-view). Note that the tiles for eacht device all work correctly, and they also all show real-time insights, both in the tiles as well as when I look into a device.
What I can see:
- EV charger is at 0KW while a car was charging (see the tile). This number eventually showed up when I unhooked the car, so I guess that’s just not real-time.
- The bigger one is the home battery, the number has never changed from “-”, which messes with the other numbers. My house-usage here is 15.1kWh, which is (roughly) the 9.6 from the solar panels + the 8.2 from the grid. In reality most of the solar went into the battery, so shouldn’t be added to the house-usage.
- When there is no solar, my battery kicks in, and that usage is simply not shown at all.
All devices are ‘included in the energy overview’ in they settings, so there must be something I am missing with regards to some setting right? Anyone know how I can get the in/export of the battery to show, and the numbers to all be correct?
I haven’t posted this in the SolarEdge app because all devices are working and reporting correctly, it’s just this overview that I can’t seem to get right.
