Different dashboards

Hey there👋

I am playing around with the idea to create mutible dashboards for different locations in my house and all have different use cases, for example:

Living room
Turn on the lights, shades, music and the television
Garden/serre/glasshouse
See my garden routine, watering, lights, the cover for the terrace cat door
Entree besides the front door
Alarm, see if all doors and windows are closed etc

But now my questions:

  1. Do i create a new account for every tablet or do i use my Log in and just turn of home/away?
  2. Can i use a Google Nest Hub to cast the dashboard as well? This could save me money🤣

Can you guys help me out?

Both are an option. It is up to you.

The Homey Dashboard runs on a Mobile device as Android or iOS and needs rhe Mobile app te be installed. So this can’t be casted.

So if i go to the settings in the tablet inuse for the dashboard and turn home/away of its only turned of for that device?

If you use an Android emulation app on the PC, you can run the Homey app, and thus a dashboard, within that app on the PC. I have just started using the Bluestacks app on the PC for this purpose. Seems to work so far. Got the info from a different discussion in the forum
