I think, that the new dashboard is more than just a new amazing feature. I think it’s THE feature that has the potential to change the user experience with homey to a complete new level.
For me that would mean that everything the app provided till dashboard release (including devices-tab, flow-tab…) is just under-the-hood-stuff anymore. On a daily basis I need just the dashboard(s) and some missing features like controlling active dashboards from flows, ability to configure “homesceen” dashboard and relating stuff like jumping from one dash to another.
Seems like athom is still not convinced of their amazing work done with the dashboards, otherwise I have not to search for dashboards in the more-section of an iPhone or on the 4th place after start-, device-, flows-buttons on the iPad 
I don’t want to start a discussion on that, just leave a like if you share my opinion.
