Hi. I have a couple Schlage BE469 deadbolts. I would like to create flows based on which user unlocks the door but am struggling to figure out how to do this. Can anyone provide some insight for me? Basically, if the door is unlocked by user X, then do this. If unlocked by user Y, then do something else.

I guess the app developer has to add that functionality to the app. You can drop him/her a mail, as linked to in the homey.app store;
The app store shows 6 default WHEN cards, without user specific things
Do you have more than 6 WHEN cards? If so, can you show a screenshot of those cards?
I only have those same 6 When cards.
I see. You’d email the developer, I can’t think of other ways to accomplish what you’d like.
I emailed. This is the response I got but I don’t understand what they are saying.
You can configure a code for a certain identifier using the then cards, and when locked/unlocked there is a trigger card that exposes the source. We recommend to add that flow with it source token to create a timeline notification, so you have an idea for yourself what the source values can be. Once you have a feeling, you can use the logic conditions to build more complex flows.

The store preview of flow cards do not show if they provide tags when triggered.
Do you have the app installed and a device configured? Maybe on of the Unlock/lock cards will provide the PIN code as a tag when the flow card was triggered?
There should be the tag icon on the card when you have added it to a flow.
Hovering your mouse over the tag icon will show you what tags will be available, if any.
