Connection with Hue bridge lost

Hi all,

Just from one day to the other Homey lost the connection with the Hue bridge and I can’t seem to restore it. What to do? I already rebooted both the Hue app on Homey and the Homey Pro itself, but to no avail. I don’t want to reinstall the app because then I need to redo 50 flows.

Sometimes when I reboot Homey Pro it works, but only for a few minutes.

Have you already tried repairing one of your Hue devices via maintenance?

Click the gear icon in the top right corner of one Device, then Maintenance, then try Repair. You should then be able to select the bridge.

I did. And it just seems that it can’t connect with the Bridge

This helps when Homey can’t find a Homewizard dongle anymore:
Try rebooting all of your network devices (router and A.P’s). Something mDNS related.

And make sure to reserve an IP address for the Hue bridge. Homey is “not very good” at discovering devices with a changed IP address.
