Hi guys, has there been any movement on app updates for Connect life? i.e washing machine integration and so on. It appears that it’s only for dishwasher still.

No that’s not the app I am asking about!

It’s the ConnectLife, which is for Hisense and other appliances

Aah, very well. This was the one ConnectLife | Homey .

Not all brand developers follow this community forum and since there is no link to the forum topic. It seems that the developer may have abandoned the app as the provided support links are no more working.

I have problems start the dishwasser with Homey.

The card says, start “dishwasher” with “program”. But I don’t see any programs which I can select. And I cant fill in any programs on the app configuration page.

Sadly on Homey App website contacting the developer ends up in a 404 page.

Anyone has ideas?

Have you tried the test verion?

No, i havent. I hesitate using test versions, especially when they need full access.
Knowing that they testing, I will wait for a new stable version.

Hello everyone,

I have my Hisense AC in the Connectlife, when I want to add in the homey, after asking for log in credentials in the homey for the connectlife app, it says “no new devices have been found”.

Any suggestions?

Same here! I’m trying to integrate my Hisense ACs after the latest v1.1.2 update, but I keep getting the “no devices found” error right after logging in. I’ve already submitted a diagnostic report to the developer via Homey app settings, hopefully they’ll fix the device mapping in the next update

Same here, keep getting the “no devices found” error too! Tried it dozens of times by now :frowning:

I just noticed that three updates have been released. The latest is 1.1.5, still a test.

I installed it, but the app still doesn’t detect any devices.

Hopefully, they’ll fix it completely in the next few days.

Strange, is that I never told them which model I have.

Just shared a picture of the error, that was not detecting any devices.

And that I have them working in Homey, but they are configured in Home Assistant and transfered to Homey.
