Configration Error with Tuya Cloud app

Hello all,

I’m having an issue configuring the Tuya app; although I followed all steps, all of my devices are linked in the Tuya Development Platform.

This is the error I see when I try to configure. I would appreciate it if somone can guide me to do it.
